Package should be booked 15 days prior arrival in order to secure train tickets.

• Package is non-cancellable and non-refundable and charged at the time of booking. No refunds will be given for unused services 
• Additional nights will be charged at our Best Available Rates
• Train tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking 
• Entrance tickets to Machu Picchu citadel included in this package are valid for one day only 
• Please note that the Hiram Bingham train does not run on Sundays

In order to secure train tickets, you are requiered to contact our Central Reservation Office: 
oereservations.peru@orient-express.com 

In accordance with the Peruvian National Institute of Culture (INC), any extra day entrance tickets to the Machu Picchu archeological site must be purchased at the INC's main office in San Bernardo Street, Cuzco and can no longer be purchased at the ruins' ticket office.
